Lawson Contracting began in 1974 when Ralph Lawson started his one man painting business in the city of Clearwater, FL. His sons, Ed and Kirby, grew up working in the business, and in 2003 took over the business after their father’s retirement. Currently, Ed is licensed as a State Certified Building Contractor and Kirby holds a Pinellas County painting license.
